Ben Watches is a leading Swiss luxury watches online shop watch dealer based in Gibraltar, London, Marbella and Geneva with over 10 years experience in the industry. We specialize in new and pre-owned Audemars Piguet, Rolex, Patek Philippe, Daniel Roth, Cartier and other leading and independent brands.

We buy, sell, trade, consign, source, service and offer advisory services.

We are a Chrono24 Dealer, Mondani Web Trusted Dealer, Watch Trader Association (WTA) Member and National Association of Jewellers (NAJ) Member.

All of our watches are inspected prior to being listed for their authenticity and good timekeeping order. Where stated, Ben Watches provides a limited 12-month warranty on the movement of our watches. Watches still under the manufacturer’s guarantee may not include an extended warranty on the movement. We do not guarantee the timekeeping accuracy of any watch movement, unless stated otherwise. The watch is sold in the condition it is in at the time of sale. The images of the listing also form part of the condition for the item provided. Please note that since subsequent repairs and restoration work may have resulted in the replacement of original parts, we do not guarantee the authenticity of any individual component parts, such as wheels, hands, crowns, crystals, screws, bracelets and wrist bands, since subsequent repairs and restoration work may have resulted in the replacement of original parts.

Ben Watches is NOT an authorized dealer of any of the watch brands we sell.

We do not store any inventory on our premises.
We meet clients strictly by appointment only as a one person policy and require proof of ID prior.

All sales are final unless the product is not as described.

We reserve the right to refuse any sale without notice.

Please contact us prior to making the Buy it now purchase for pre-approval. Payment must be made within 3 working days of purchase.

Prices are displayed and/ or referenced in Great British Pounds (Sterling). We are also able to accept payments in U.S. Dollars, Euros and Swiss Francs. For non-GBP payments, we charge an additional fee to account for currency fluctuations and transaction costs.

We also accept payments in Bitcoin (BTC). All prices quoted in GBP are converted to BTC at the spot rate plus a nominal fee of 2.5% to account for Bitcoin price fluctuations and transaction costs. We use a third-party service provider to accept BTC payments. Payments in BTC must be made within 24 hours of issued invoice.

We aim to ship orders within 1 working day of cleared payment. However, due to high order volumes, this may take up to 3-5 working days. All orders are shipped via Express delivery, tracked and fully insured. The buyer is liable for any and all import tax and duties that are levied by the country of delivery.

Ben Watches offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with distance selling regulations for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping costs, VAT fees, customs fees and similar, provided that the item is returned in the exact same condition it was supplied in. All returns must be requested in writing via email prior to the item being returned. All returns must be made in the exact same condition when purchased. Any watches with seals and/ or tags must not be removed, otherwise a refund will NOT be applicable. Any watches must not be adjusted, including the resizing of the bracelet or opening of the case, otherwise a refund will NOT be applicable.

The serial number(s) of watches available for sale may have been blurred in the photos for security and privacy reasons. They are fully visible on the watch and warranty card/ corresponding paperwork if applicable.
